  10. This  Via  Nova software (the "Software") gives the  user  a
  11. chance to try the Software before buying it.  If you try the
  12. Software and continue using it, you are expected to pay  for
  13. the  Software  and  register.  When you  register  you  will
  14. receive  technical  support and a password  that  makes  the
  15. Software  fully  functional.   The  copyright  holder   (the
  16. "Author"  or  "Licensor") retains all  rights,  with  a  few
  17. specific   exceptions   as   stated   below.    The   Author
  18. specifically  grants the right to copy  and  distribute  the
  19. Software,  either to all and sundry or to a specific  group,
  20. except as noted below.  Feel free to share the Software with
  21. your  friends, but do not give it away altered,  incomplete,
  22. or as part of another system.

  26. Users of Animated 3D Objects Screen Saver I must accept this
  27. disclaimer of warranty:  Animated 3D Objects Screen Saver  I
  28. is  supplied  as  is.  The Author disclaims all  warranties,
  29. expressed  or  implied, including, without  limitation,  the
  30. warranties  of  merchantability  and  of  fitness  for   any
  31. purpose.   The  Author  assumes no  liability  for  damages,
  32. direct  or consequential, which may result from the  use  of
  33. Animated  3D  Objects Screen Saver I.  The user must  assume
  34. the entire risk of using the Software.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE
  35. SELLER WILL BE, AT Licensor's CHOICE, LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO
  36. REPLACEMENT  OF  THE Software OR REFUND OF  PURCHASE  PRICE.
  37. This limited warranty is void if failure of the Software has
  38. resulted    from    modification,   accident,    abuse    or
  39. misapplication.

  43. THE  Licensor IS WILLING TO LICENSE THE Software TO YOU ONLY
  44. IF  YOU  ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS IN THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.  IF
  45. YOU  DO  NOT  AGREE  TO THESE TERMS, THE Licensor  WILL  NOT
  46. LICENSE THIS Software TO YOU.

  48. OWNERSHIP OF THE Software

  50. The  enclosed Software is owned by Licensor and is protected
  51. by  United States copyright laws, by laws of other  nations,
  52. and   by   international  treaties.   You  may  not  reverse
  53. engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

  55. GRANT OF LICENSE
  56.  
  57. Animated  3D  Objects  Screen  Saver  I  is  an  "evaluation
  58. software program" and is provided at no charge to the  user,
  59. other   than   possible   duplication/transfer   fees,   for
  60. evaluation.  If you find this program useful and  find  that
  61. you  are  using  Animated  3D Objects  Screen  Saver  I  and
  62. continue to use Animated 3D Objects Screen Saver I after  21
  63. days, you must make a registration payment to Via Nova.  The
  64. registration  fee will license one copy of the Software  for
  65. use  on  one computer at one time.  Payments must be  in  US
  66. dollars drawn on a US bank.  Unregistered use of Animated 3D
  67. Objects Screen Saver I after the 21 day evaluation period is
  68. in  violation  of  U.S.  and international  copyright  laws.
  69. Commercial users of Animated 3D Objects Screen Saver I  must
  70. register  and  pay for their copies of Animated  3D  Objects
  71. Screen  Saver I within 21 days of first use or their license
  72. is  withdrawn.   Site-License arrangements may  be  made  by
  73. contacting  Via Nova.  You are hereby licensed  to  make  as
  74. many  copies of the evaluation version of this Software  and
  75. documentation as you wish, on the following conditions: give
  76. exact  copies of the original evaluation version to  anyone;
  77. and  distribute the evaluation version of the  Software  and
  78. documentation  in its unmodified form via electronic  means.
  79. There  is  no  charge  for  any  of  the  above.   You   are
  80. specifically   prohibited  from  charging,   or   requesting
  81. donations,  for  any  such copies, however  made;  and  from
  82. distributing  the Software and/or documentation  with  other
  83. products  (commercial  or otherwise) without  prior  written
  84. permission from Via Nova.

  86. GOVERNING LAW
  87.  
  88. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  89. Texas.  Venue is exclusively in Dallas County.
  90.
